Every door is written before then. Nothing is rushed.

Why we made this

Christmas was never about the thing in the box

Somewhere along the way the season turned into a list. Spend a bit more than last year, guess what they want, wrap it, watch it opened in four seconds. We have all given a gift we knew was a placeholder. We have all been given one.

Little Reasons started from the other end. The most valuable thing you can give somebody is not an object — it is knowing, in plain words, exactly what they mean to you. Most of us never say it. Not because we do not feel it, but because there is never a moment that seems like the right one.

So we built the moment, and then we built twenty-three more. One a morning, all the way to Christmas Eve, in your words about your person. Nothing to wrap, nothing to throw away in January, and nothing they will have forgotten by February.

That is the whole idea. A Christmas where the people who matter end up knowing exactly how loved they are.

Can I change any of the reasons?
You see all twenty-four before any are sent, and you can rewrite any of them until 28 November. The writing is also built to never assume things it wasn't told — no guessing at marriages, children or how long you've been together.
When does it start, and can I buy it late?
Doors open on the 1st of December and the last one is Christmas Eve. Buy it on the 8th and they get the first eight straight away — nothing is lost, it just starts with a handful.
What do they actually need?
An email address and any device — their calendar works on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to download, nothing to post and nothing for them to set up.
What if an email doesn't arrive one morning?
Every door they are owed is always on their own calendar page, whether or not the email landed. The page is the product; the email is only a tap on the shoulder.
They live abroad.
Doors open on their morning, in their timezone, not yours.
Can I get a refund?
Because your calendar is personalised and made straight away, it can't be cancelled or refunded once you've paid. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll put it right or refund you.
What if I get their email address wrong?
Change it any time from the link in your confirmation email.
What if I don't finish it straight away?
Everything saves as you go, and we'll email you a week before 1 December if it isn't finished.
What happens after Christmas?
Their calendar stays online until 1 October next year, so they can go back to it. We'll email you before it's taken down.
